2010 begining, with 2009 review

Welcome to a New Year (2010) this will be my the beginning of my 5th year of this blog (really). During this year we had many events but most of them were normal incidents, none were huge but some were interesting. I covered about 160 incidents and probably missed just as many. We reached 170.000 visits by the new year. A little shocking but thanks. I would like to thank all of my correspondences for allowing me to display their photos and video. I know many more have taken photos and videos, so if your interested in sharing them contact me. Without your help, I would only be able to show you about half of the incidents of what the fire departments do.

I have also finally added my Master site (laddsphotos@smugmug.com) for almost all of the photos over the past few years that I was able to shoot. (still adding older photos more overtime). This is the location if your interested in purchasing any. (side note: still have not recovered half of 2007). If I missed your request, please contact me again. I receive to many e-mails some days.

As for this year, I still plan on covering as many events that I can. I'm debating on shooting video again along with photos, Sometimes I miss the video work. But have not decided yet. So I hope to see you on the fire ground and thanks for allowing me to enter your fire ground. Rob Ladd
