Box Plus Mystic fire 08-19-06

Saturday at 04:30 Mystic struck a Box 411- plus at 51 Washington st. for a 2.5 story Victorian style home under renovations. Fire was found on the seconded floor of the home, spreading into the attic area. As crews made entry to the first floor, the ceiling dropped down causing fire to spread to the first floor. Crews made an aggressive attack in all areas of the house, due to renovations and balloon framing of the house; fire made its way to the attic area. Crews had the fire under control in about and hour.
